These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the DEAVIA website. DEAVIA is a brand operated by PRAXIOM PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202617323E), Singapore.

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Any applicable charges will be shown before you place your order. Promotional or reference prices must be read together with the relevant promotion terms, if any.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

We currently deliver within Singapore only. Shipping charges and delivery information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference. This does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for providing accurate, current information. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Promotions, discount codes and gifts may be subject to separate conditions, validity periods, stock availability and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

The DEAVIA name, logos, website content, product photographs, graphics, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to PRAXIOM PTE. LTD. and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated tools in a harmful manner, or use the website for unlawful purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our collection and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will generally apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
